When some one proves something; they establish the truth or existence of something by providing evidence or argument.  With out the Holy Ghost exposing us to His way of reasoning and allowing Him to be the role model for all truth; man leaning to his own understanding can prove nothing, but what he thinks is truth in his own mind.  It was always God the Fathers intension for His children to be transparent with their fears and child like thinking to question Him as to who He is and what part they have in His plans for their future. 

Heb 4:15-16 tells us. "We have not a high priest which cannot be touched with the feelings of our weaknesses and failure of character; but in all points tempted like we are; yet with out missing the mark and allotment that God had for Him.  Therefore, let us boldly come unto the throne of grace that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need."

God help us to really understand that Jesus our older brother who walked this planet with Christ living in Him; went through all the attacks of the enemy in soul and body and always came out knowing His Heavenly Father better.  That is why He was unafraid to petition Him with strong tears and crying because; He knew that He could trust Papa Dad to strengthen Him to complete His appointed tasks, which ultimately was to die a grotesque death on the cross.

In Isaiah 1:18 God says. "Come now and let us 1.) Reason together, though your 2.) Sins be as red as scarlet, 3.) They shall be white as snow; 4.) Though they are red like crimson, they will be as wool."  Let's define these 4 statements.

1.) The word reason in the Hebrew is yakach: meaning to be right, to argue and become convinced or to dispute, plead and to censure some body.  Many years ago as God showed me that He welcomes His children to debate with Him in their struggle to find their identity I thought "who am I that I should be so bold to question God and dare to believe that I could have a face to face encounter with him and enquire of Him how He thinks, and how He would handle my conflicts and love of life."

As God‘s children who are intent in knowing their Heavenly Father, you will find that God will encourage you to approach His presence and not be afraid of being reprimanded or condemned as having some great catastrophe befall you and have you feel like; He has totally rejected you.  We were born soul sick because of inheriting Adam and Eve's soul sickness from their separation from walking in the presence of the Lord. A shame and unworthiness infected our soul which Novocain's our feelings and we hinder the Holy Ghost from weaving His spirit breathe of life through our heart and mind and it causes us to hide from God in our spirit man.

2.)  Though your sins be as red as scarlet. 

The word for sin in the Hebrew is chet: meaning, finding fault, a feeling of being led astray and feeling blamed.  The word red is Adam: meaning that Adam was made by God from the red clay of the earth.  The word scarlet which can also be defined as crimson color represents a blushing or the feeling of being ashamed.

Putting this all together it reads, Adam the flesh man had a soul disease where he lived with a blushing ashamed countenance that made him find fault with himself because; he was led astray by Satan's influence and he could not forgive himself or ask God for forgiveness.  How could a loving Father condemn and flog a man this soul sick and not have mercy on him?  I can relate to this kind of pain, can you?

So now we have defined the soul condition of mankind and the healing that he needs and how; we have to approach our Heavenly Father with tenacity and allow the Holy Ghost to do what ever surgery He needs; to make us whole and live as vibrant beings with His anointing.  We also need to keep in mind that; we have to constantly feed our spirit being by allowing the Spirit of God to always weave His thoughts freely through our soul man (mind, will and emotions) which makes us really understand and experience with emotions that "He that is with in us is greater than the influences of the devil who is the princely ruler of this world."It is God's will that; He be the one who delivers and maintains what He has created; not mankind in any form.

3.) They shall be white as snow.
Now we will discuss the outcome of this process or symbiotic relationship with God.  The word white in the Hebrew is laban: meaning to become like the white clay that they make bricks out of. The word snow is shalag: meaning, snow white like the linen clothing of the slain.  This word snow and white is indeed an eye opener of revelation when we try to talk about the meaning of this.  As Adam was made from the red clay of the earth that he thought brought him stability, God sent His best love gift in Jesus to transform our nature into white or build our foundation so we could have a loving walk with Him.  His character and life at work in us is the corner stone foundation of our spiritual walk in the Holy Ghost.
 
Peter tells us in 1Peter 2:2-6 " As new born babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that will cause you to grow.  This can only happen if you have tasted and found that the Lord is good.  Come to Him as living stones being built up into a spiritual house as a priest hood to offer up those spiritual sacrifices that are well pleasing and acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.  For scripture tells us that; I have laid  in Zion a chosen precious Chief Corner Stone and he who believes in Him shall never be disappointed or feel ashamed."

This word Zion represents a place where God who is a jealous lover of our soul; wants to be the supreme authority in our hearts.  If you haven't experienced a living relationship and are having dialogue with the Holy Spirit every day; I don't know how you can know that God is alive and perusing you constantly.

This linen of the slain that this word snow represents is the clothe that Jesus wore as He hung on the cross that was soaked in His blood so that; we could have our sin of shame and our continuing thoughts of shame covered or not being judge by us.  This makes us be tenacious in drawing close to the throne of God to find mercy in our time of need.  When we are not free to experience this type of relationship; we live in different degrees of darkness with in ourselves.

In Rev. 19 it states "Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness and first begotten raised from the dead and the prince of the kings of the earth. Know to Him who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood."

Rev. 19:13-14 talks about Jesus coming back with His Saints to do battle with the anti-christ and what he and we will be wearing when this happens.  It states, "And He was clothed with a garment dipped in blood: and His name is called The Word of God.  And the army that was in heaven following him were upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean" This clean white linen is our robe of righteousness that we are covered with; the day we became born again and Jesus became our brother.

4.) They will be as wool.

This word wool means that; in the eyes of God our flesh nature will be obscured or hidden from His sight and our sinful nature will be remembered no more.  This has always been God's plan however, when we in any form; preach and teach on our behavior and are reminded of our failures and shortcoming; we lift up our white robe of righteousness that is covering our faults and failures and look under it at our unregenerate self like before we were born again.  This causes us to not flow in our righteous Spirit of God and  gets our mind off of our righteous state that God see us in and, we stop lifting up the Lord and fall back from receiving His grace and favor.

(7.) Abstain from all appearance characterized by a desire to cause hurt or harm to yourself and others. 

Simply put, we make a willing choice with out a threat or intimidation to do something by maintaining an appearance of well-being despite difficulties, and not giving in to desires to cause us hurt or harm.  This is indeed a mouth full and we must understand something that is not immediately obvious and how this comes to pass. This word characterized represents (a way a particular person or thing behaves or looks. This whole scenario can not be accomplished by us following any rule and us having the power with in ourselves to accomplish this task.

Phil. 2:13 tells us. " (For it is not in your strength) for it is God Who is all the while effectively at work in you to energize and create in you the power and the desire both to will and to work for his good pleasure, satisfaction and delight."  As you can see this is a far cry from doing righteous works and working hard to love the Lord.  That principle is Old Testament teaching. It is as we experience God's perfect love that causes us to respond and abstain from any thing that can cause us to harm our selves and others.  What we as born again believers need to do is; rest in God's character and flow in the new creation that we became; the day we met Jesus as our Savior.

(8.) and the very God of peace sanctify you wholly spirit, soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
All of these traits can only happen if we allow the Holy Ghost the freedom to play them out in our lives.  No man in his own will or determination can live this kind of life and do these things.  Jesus not only saves us from an eternity in hell as our Savior but, if we are to be whole; we must allow God's peace to make us understand how to stay still and live in His sanctification process.  

This understanding in us is what keeps us preserved or protects us from soul sickness and stay undamaged from the devil's devices.  Jesus giving His life on the cross for us and us asking Him into our heart; made us have a miracle of actually having His personality and life become a living entity with in us.  This made us sanctified immediately and become one of God's children.  There is no power in existence that change this metamorphoses to the new life we now live in Him.

This whole process of sanctification takes place as we through our thought and actions have fellowship with God daily through the leading of the Holy Ghost with in us.  It's like swimming in an ocean and the farther we get out the more bounce we have to stay a float.  Our natural mind can not make us aware of what I have just said here because; scripture tells us that it acts as an enemy in trying to understand the things of God.  Them that worship God must worship Him in their spirit and with truth.  It is our spirit man with in us that is the communicator with the Holy Ghost and as we feed it with God's thoughts; it is with His power of persuasion that our soul submits to God's leading and the whole body works in unison to our spirits leading being energized by Him.

So we see that; with out Him at work in our inner self; we can do nothing. I am sure that none of God's children want to lean to their own understanding and miss the abundant life that God promises for our lives. 
The word that we need to focus on for a whole spirit, soul and body is total abandonment to His love and grace and finally come to believe Him when He tells us that, "He will never leave or forsake us."
