A person who is in love with the Lord can only be motivated to love God back and love one another because; their motivation is coming from them experiencing the love that God has for them. Experiencing God's love is what empowers and motivates all aspects of the Christian faith. God's love is what heals us in spirit, soul and body. This should help us to understand what Jesus meant when He said "With out me; you can do nothing."

It was always God's intensions to relieve His creation (mankind) from worry and toil by just enjoying His presence and to spend their day having fellowship with Him. This was God's plan from the beginning when in Genesis it says that; God would have fellowship with Adam and Eve in the cool of the day. Cool of the day does not mean a temperature or time but the Hebrew word is ruwalk meaning. God would weave His spirit as a rushing wind or breathe through their mind and body and they lived with an expectation of these visitations from God all day long and their understanding of His feelings for them was uninterrupted and unhindered in any way.

Now thus enters Satan the disrupter and hater of God's creation. His intent is to put doubt into Adam and Eve's mind as to their highly placed position and favor as God's children. He is a perfected liar and deceiver and his jealousy of not being able to worship God because he was thrown out of heaven with all the other angels that sided with him against God has him in a rage going around especially in the times we are living in today to steal, kill and destroy constantly.
Nothing has changed and this scenario is continuing to day as it did in the Garden of Eden which means; God put Adam and Eve in a protected hedge separated unto Him and by them not recognizing Satan's devices to deceive and destroy their relationship with God caused them to become religious and think that covering their body with fig leaves would take the place of their righteous position in Christ Jesus.

This doubt is a constant attack against our mind that God made us a incomplete person and there is no way God could truly love us because we feel that we are unclean in some way and God will not totally receive us therefore; we toil and worry and stay in a fixing up mode as I have said always with a unrest and bothersome annoyance like a fly bothering you when you're eating a good dinner.

A Christian who is living a separated life style unto the Lord walks with a clear and true awareness of what kingdom living is with God verses the kingdom of darkness and deception from Satan. To me it seems like I walk in and in between two kingdoms in life. My desire and total intent is to walk in heavenly places with Christ Jesus which I do every day. It gives me a taste of what eternity is going to be when we will not be fettered with the devil's antics and be brought back to the Garden of Eden with no hindrances.

Jesus told us that we live in the world but we can be separated unto Him and protected and not be mesmerized by Satan and be forced to participate with the demonic activity going on in the world. For me I know I am a God seeker because; He has given me answers for the abomination spirits and bondages that the devil has inflicted on God's creation as never before. Scripture which is what I base all my Godly wisdom on is perfectly clear and there is no hocus pokes or fleshly creation that we have to invent in our own minds that makes a person recreate the fig leaf aprons that Adam and Eve covered then self with when they became ashamed of them self.

Recognizing my need and vulnerability; I ask God to stop me from trying to reinvent the wheel and be in an endless mode of forever learning and never coming to the truth of experiencing the love of God and know that NOTHING can ever separate us from His holding power.

Every so often I feel as I am writing that; I am talking directly to some one and the bondages that they have lived in for a long time are coming off of their soul and they are becoming free to experience God's kind of love. Even though I have said this in other news letters on the web site; the encounter that Eve had with Satan and his tactics must be truly understood in the mind and heart of the believer if they want to walk in the perfect law of liberty. The scenario goes like this.

The Holy Ghost is constantly at work trying to persuade us because; our fight is with an unbelieving heart. It isn't that God has something against us because we are soul sick. He isn't saying get your act cleaned up or I can't love you, as I have heard taught in the Christian community for too many years. When there is no hungering and thirsting after God; this holds back the healing hand of the Lord to be all He wants to be in our lives. If we are deceived as Adam and are working out our own way of reaching God putting on fig leaf aprons or living in our own self-righteousness, we put God at a distance and He can't support us as He wishes.

Since Adam decided to put fig aprons on, he departed from God's protective hedge. God in His love for him made him coats to wear as he went his way to do his own thing. Before this all happened; God was a covering for him. We're still acting the same way. This scripture tells us to not touch unclean things. I don't want to touch any unclean things. Do you? In the book of Colossians, Paul was sharing a concept that explains how susceptible we are to touch unclean things which is a deception of the enemy to distract us from God's instructions of how to stay healthy and let Him be a Father to us.

In Col. 2 Paul says. "Let no one act as an umpire and tell you that you are unfit to inherit the prize. Don't live a life as if you still belong to the world. You are still living by rules and regulations of externalism. Such as don't handle this, don't taste that, and don't touch them. There is no eternal life in these practices. These rules all lead to death as they are being acted upon. They have no eternal life connected to them. If you live by these standards, you are following human precepts and doctrines. These practices to the natural eye look like they are a wise way of living, but they have no value in changing our behavior and walking in the advice given to us by the Lord."

This is a perfect example of using fig leafs to make aprons to cover our nakedness as Adam and Eve did to hide their shame. We are talking about two entities here. This is religion verses Christianity. Religion in its true sense is a worship of self and nothing more then fig leaf apron making to cover our shame, which is man's idea that; they have to reach up to God in their own efforts for approval. You notice with in this portion of scripture that he uses terms as don't touch, taste and handle. The disease of sin starts in our thought life. It's a process of being deceived as Adam and Eve was deceived. It's like a spider weaving his web in our mind. The word taste means to experience good or bad the word touch means to attach oneself to, as a relationship. When something is handled it means; to injure and manipulate. Let's put this together.

Eve was deceived because she flirted with the idea of disobeying God by the beauty of the tree. Therefore, the serpent got her attention. She flirted with this judgmental principle of good and bad. She then touched and went into the second phase by tasting when she decided to take up a relationship with the serpent by having a conversation with him. Finally, she got manipulated and injured. She handled and this became her injury. The conclusion, she put a wall between herself and God and severed her passionate walk with Him. Had she not been ignorant of the devil's devices; this would have never happened.

The greatest injury of life that we need to guard against is this happening to us today because nothing has changed. When we focus on our faults and mistakes that we make in our lives and do not allow the Holy Spirit to lavish His total favor and acceptance as a loving friend in our thoughts and emotions, we participate with the shame-based entity of demonic influence with in our self and we in our ignorance bruise our soul.

The devil still wants us to eat from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. How does he do this? For non-saved people, thinking in terms of our behavior in right and wrong concepts is the only way they can think. However, for the born again Christian, this is a disgrace. Meaning this type of thinking separates ourselves from receiving the grace of God and we cannot experience His love, forgiveness and the power to grow and maintain our relationship with Him. The reason being, we focus on our sin base nature that died with Christ on the cross. God took it from us the day we were saved; however; because we have never been truly grounded in the word of God and reason with the new mind of Christ we received at our second birth from above; we continually dig up that old stinking rotted corpse from the grave.

Scripture tells us that when we received Jesus into our hearts, we became a new creation in Christ; old ways of thinking should have been put away. That because; we received the mind of Christ. This should be basic stuff to us, who have been saved many years ago.

To the new Christian, once they recognize this, it is a joy to have this weight lifted from their minds. If we would just teach the love of God and realize what it means to be justified people in His sight, there would be more of God's kids hungering and thirsting after Him. In many places in the scriptures it states that the justified, us the born again believer, must live by faith.

Romans 14:23 states, "anything that is not from a faith foundation is sin." This is a far different concept of looking at sin from an outward behavioral view. We can't restore the already rotten fruit behavior of sin out of the branches of our lives. It's our hearts that have to be changed, where the root or issues of life are formed. This is where the Holy Spirit operates from to bring us the presence of God. This is what grows healthy fruit or behavior in our tree of life.

Faith is defined in the bible as, the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen. Simplifying put; it is hearing The Holy Spirits voice speaking into our spiritual ear, telling us God's perfect will for our lives and how to rest from our labors. It starts as a promise and as we allow Him to persuade us, by us having an intensive passionate relationship with Him, these promises then become a physical manifestation that we can see with our physical eyes.

It's us having this relationship that stops us from being tempted to eat from the Tree of Good and Evil. In the Garden of Eden, there also was the Tree of Life. In Adams fallen condition he could not eat from the Tree of Life because; he did not feel accepted and he thought God rejected him. We know or should know that the Tree of Life is God Himself. Because we have been restored and become born again into God's family by accepting Jesus into our lives, we can now eat from the Tree of Life. We can now bolding come to the throne of grace and ask the Lord for the things He promised us and to continue to function in our inheritance as He always intended.
