We have talked about there being a progression of learning precepts that we must go through to mature. To reinforce this principle; the last characteristic we talked about was the definition of meekness that we must possess and operate in.

Peter in 1 Peter 5:6 says this. "Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time by casting all your care upon him; for he cares for you."

A person who walks in their meekness is humble. With out meekness operating in your life; there is no thing such thing as being careful or not worry about the conditions you find you're self in at different times. So assuming that we are growing as we should be; which is by God's grace (His unearned favor) which makes us truly hear the Holy Ghost speaking into our inner man and giving us God's thoughts and ways of maturing in His kingdom. This is what protects us from getting side tracked with the lying spirit of the devil that is playing havoc in the world today and leading the world and many of God's people on a destructive path.

So in us understanding this principle and how it works; Peter gives us the remedy to not worry and get caught up in the insecurity of what life deals out to us by saying; we should pray to God our Father with a sincere request because He is the only one who has the power to answer our request. If we truly believe that God heard us and is not as a man who lies then; we will be thanking Him for the answer before we see the physical manifestation of our request.

Now before we see the physical evidence; Paul tells us that we will have an inner peace that will give us the patience to wait for the answer. If we have no inner peace then; we do not believe God in the first place. So; peace always comes before the manifestation of the promise.

Now Paul goes on to tell them eight things that they must focus on which I have underlined which will make them recognize that God is at work orchestrating their daily steps toward His ultimate goals for their life. Let's define these eight steps so we can more easily identify the path we must take to maturity.

1. Truth- The Greek word for truth is alethes: It means; there is nothing that is lying hidden by them being unwittingly ignorant or living in deliberate denial causing a person to not be transparent and open before God. Now I can more easily believe that a person who is living in denial and disobedience causing them to harm their spiritual and physical being and stunting their growth will not be able to live in being a truth seeker because; they will have to give the Holy Ghost permission to walk through the fleshy tables of their heart and find out if any of the closets of their inner being needs to be rearranged and put in order because; God's kids are the temple that He lives in.

However; when a person is not a hungry God seeker trying to walk in his righteous state and lives in ignorance of the wisdom of God's truth that will be needed to fight the good fight of faith and; they continue to live as unskilled infants following the precepts of man's thinking; they live as impoverished children of God with a form of religious endeavors with no power. We have an old cliché used in the movies and spouted off in many different settings that says; "God's ways are mysterious and a person does not have the power to discover His thoughts and ways." This is utter nonsense to a person who knows how to search the scriptures and becomes a student in God's seminary being schooled by the Holy Ghost.

Paul said this in Hebrew 4:12-13 as to the goals and involvement we must participate in if; we are to walk in our mature righteous state in Christ Jesus. "For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and has the power to see or notice something that is not immediately obvious of the thoughts and intents of the attitudes of our heart. And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account."

It makes us understand how foolish Adam and Eve were when they ate from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil which caused them to lean towards their own understanding and judge them self and believe that; they could hide any thing from God as he came looking for them and asked Adam to give an account by asking him; "did you eat from the tree I told you not to eat from." Adam then passed the buck and blamed his wife and Eve passed the buck by blaming the devil. We inherited this sin sick attribute from Adam and Eve and only by us becoming born again and having true friendship and fellowship with God daily that will keep us delivered from ever participating in it again.

Let me make my self clear again. A born again child of God who does not know how pure and righteous they are in God's sight will cause them to judge them self as being law breakers which makes them sin conscious rather then God conscious. This causes them to be contaminated with a shame spirit and they are afraid to live with a naked wind spirit flowing love of the Holy Ghost as Adam and Eve lived in fellowship with God in the garden before they were contaminated with shame. In our fighting the good fight of faith; it is the devil's plan to get us to introspect with self judgment and doubt our righteous state in Christ Jesus and that's if; a born again believer truly knows what their righteous state represents.

Paul tells us this in Eph. 4:14-15; " We should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting, but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head-Christ- from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love."

There is no pure truth being implanted into our inner man unless; the Holy Ghost's nature of His love is the motivating source doing the planting. Pure truth can only be revealed to the heart of man by the love of God coaxing us into sensing His caring for us as His children. This has to be a living love experience and not a man made interpretation of what he things love represents. God loves as I have defined as His agape love however; man can only love as he loves with phileo and exotic love. It is in us experiencing God's love which causes us to walk in God's truths. Our knowing this; we can go on and live in the spirit of honesty because; we have learned to live as a totally transparent being before God. There can be no hidden agendas between us and the Lord.

2. Honest- The Greek word for honest is semnos: it means to have a deep respect and awe of God and it must be our first priority by us being focused with serious thought and careful consideration.

Jesus said this in Mark 12:30-31. "You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, soul, and mind, and with all your strength. This is the first commandment. And the second is like it and this; ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself. There is no other commandment greater than these."

There is no way to love your neighbor as God does if; you're not living in God's motivating love that he has for you. We said earlier that; it is us experiencing God's love which is the motivating force that casts all fear out of our life and keeps us quit and still.

A born again believer who walks transparent before God has learned through practical experience to have a worshiping spirit at all times and knows that with his worship comes a thankful heart for this is the medicine that casts off the fears and cares his life.

If you are true meditater of God's word and the Holy Ghost is doing the teaching; there is a higher wisdom of the true meaning of God's word that most Christians do not walk in. A perfect example I can use because of using Adam and Eve's worship of God in the Garden of Eden is this. Scripture tells us that God would come down in the Garden and have fellowship with them in the cool of the day. I always heard it taught and believed that it meant towards the cooling time of day like evening time.

However; what the word cool represents in the Hebrew is the Hebrew Ruwack which means: God would have fellowship with them by weaving His spirit through their bodies at all times. This should tell us the kind of relationship that God wants us to have with Him at all times and not just some religious service or special holy day or any unrighteous activity of mans making.

When the word of God is taught with man made interpretations; the Holy Ghost who is our teacher and comforter of life can not come along side us and encourage us because of false teachings that have been sown in our heart and mind. In my understanding as God has shown it to me; we have to guard our decision making and discern the truth we are hearing because; the most debilitating character flaw in man is; as the years go by; mankind forgets their heritage and that's if they ever knew it in the first place. God's word in their thinking becomes a distortion of man's own planning and thinking. We are living in a time when; our Christian values with Godly wisdom are being thrown out as stabilizing influences in worldly decision making.

Prayer in school; The Ten commandments from places of influence, Supreme court rulings that are prejudicial with anti Christian values and the world is becoming so secularized to the point that; unless we as God's children will grow up and take our rightful place and speak up in our particular arenas of life; the scripture asks the question; "will Jesus find at His return to the earth the family of God preaching the good news gospel of power and peace?"

3. Just- the Greek word is dikaios: and it means something that is equitable, innocent and free from judgment. If we are to cooperate and meditate and seek after this concept of just; we must be convinced that; God looks at us as innocent and He only judges us as being pure the same as He see Jesus in His sight. It seems to me from all the teaching and preaching I have heard over the years that; the majority of the born again assemblies as I have said are preaching a sin conscious judgment that God has against His kids and their interpretation of their just state in Christ is distorted. This idea of putting self judgment on our self is totally debilitating our boldness to come to the Lord and be transparent as we see look at Him face to face.

A person who lives under judgment is what Paul describes in Gal. 3:10-13 when he says; "For as many as are living under the mentality of having to obey laws; they are living under a curse for it is written, cursed is every one that continues not to obey all laws which are written in the book of the law and does them. However; no man is justified by trying to obey laws in the sight of God should be obvious to us for, those who are just in God's eyes and their own eyes live by faith.

And trying to obey laws has nothing to do with a faith walk with God. The man who lives by a law mentality is being forced to live by them. However; Christ hath made us acceptable in His sight even through we have childish faults that we have to deal with daily and we have been delivered from living under this curse of forced obedience for it is written, cursed is every one that hangs on a tree."

We talked about earlier how Paul told us that the law was given by God to make us aware that; we were breaking them and that; we needed a higher power to be able to keep them. That higher power is living by the faith of Christ Jesus who now lives in us.

When any church assembly teaches on sin conscious behavior patterns; it makes void our supernatural ability to walk in heavenly places with Christ Jesus. This misunderstanding has kept the body of Christ as children in their dippers and their pure righteous state in Christ is made of no effect.

As Jesus died on the cross as a sacrifice for the cursed nature of man and by us accepting that sacrifice by becoming born again children of God; we became a new creature in Christ Jesus and the curse was broken off of us and this has to be affirmed in all pulpits to God kids and they need to be taught how to walk as a saint and bury this sin conscious mentality at the cross and leave it there.

Please don‘t misunderstand me. I am not giving any one the excuse to let it all hang out and live like the devil's disciple. God knows that His children in many places are living like unsaved people and have behavioral patterns that should never even so much as be named among born again believers. Only our hunger for God and knowing our righteous state in Him will give us the want and the power to be obedient. Remember our growth depends on "Letting go and letting God take the reins of our life by letting Christ live again through us." This truly is our struggle we face as we learn to surrender to God's leadings.

4. Pure- The Greek word is hagnos: meaning; perfect being unadorned, separated and uncontaminated from having a worldly life style. It also means that we are a member of God's family who he deeply cherishes and He is fostering us by bringing us up as a loving Father raises an extension of his own being.

This definition must become a living reality of a minute by minute relationship that motivates our spirit to be God's hand extended to say and do his will in the earth. We as God's children are an extension of His DNA in our physical body. DNA reproduces it self and is the means by which hereditary characteristics pass from one generation to another. Our character is transformed by the workings of the Holy Ghost with in us and it shows our differences from the world as our actions represent Jesus Christ in the earth. I know that this at times seems as a impossible definition to comprehend however; we first have to understand God our Father's goal for His children and believe it if we are to mature and participate with what the Holy Ghost is doing in our life so we can rule and reign with Him.

If a person has truly come to know how God wants to interact with His creation; then we understand that all good that is accomplished on the earth is being motivated by God's spiritual wisdom. God made it easy for man when he made the universe by His spoken word and created a physical manifestation that can be seen with the physical eye. He revealed Him self to man the only way He could because; man was born with no faith invisible reality of the God of the universe.

However; once a person becomes born again from above; he can enter into a dimension of the invisible world of the spirit and can worship God as He intended which is in spirit and in truth. God is a spirit and we must worship Him with the spirit of our inner man; spirit to Spirit. To the natural mind of man; this dimension is foolishness because; it can not through its five senses touch or communicate with God.

We shouldn't get up set with the atheist or the agnostics of the world. All we can do is pray for them and if they enter our arena of life point those to Jesus Christ the author and finisher of our faith walk with God. It seems to me as of late the non believers are coming out of the wood work now days and to me that represent that; it is time for the body of Christ to arise from their spiritual stupor and porcelain the gospel of truth as never before. Truly as scripture says in the last days it will be like the days of Sodom and Gomorra.
 
If I was to list only some of the perverse and ungod like behavior in the world the first being the institute of marriage is under attack by the lesbian and gay right movement. Child molestation and murder, men killing their wife and children and committing suicide, murder and dismemberment of bodies, insane Islamic jihad human bomb killers and people in the Christian and secular world advocating a one world government and a one world religion mixing a person being born again and letting all other beliefs coming into agreement saying that: there are other ways to get to heaven rather then only through Christ Jesus. Hear me; there are born again believers pushing for these agendas and they have renounced their true allegiance in their faith in Christ and have become immoral.

All these things were foretold through scripture that would come to pass before Jesus return to rapture His church from this planet and I believe that His return is just around the corner. We who are born again believers must be redeeming the time because the days we are living are extremely evil.

I personally do not want to talk about what evil people do in secrete places however; I say these things as a warning so that we stay informed and do not become afraid of the condition the world in in at this time. God will protect His children who radically seek His face and enjoy the great friendship they can have with Him as being their Father; who wants to put a safety net of protection around them. Remember that it is experiencing God's perfect love that He has for us that will drive the spirit of fear far from our heart's door. Cont. in p. 7
